Terms of purchase and delivery
The owner of the Kõlleste Kommimeistrite e-shop (hereinafter the e-shop) is Kihelkonnakaubandus OÜ (registration code 12252706) located in Kure-Vaese talu, Veski küla, Kanepi parish, Põlvamaa (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information and sales conditions apply to the purchase of goods from the e-shop.
The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are indicated in the general product list of the e-shop and on the product pages. The price includes a fee for the delivery of the goods. Information about the goods is provided in the product information. The buyer pays for the goods by bank transfer after receiving the invoice, the operation of the e-shop from the customer manager responsible for It is only possible to buy from the e-shop of Kõlleste Kommimeistrid by bank transfer. The sellers e-shop has not entered into a bank
agreement for settlement via bank links, so the buyer must make transfers by entering payment data, independently in his own payment environment. The sellers billing currency is euro.
Placing the order
To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. If the buyer moves on from the shopping cart, he confirms his acceptance of the terms and conditions of purchase and delivery by adding a tick to the box on the shopping cart page. The buyer is
then directed to the information collection page, where the buyer enters his address and contact information. Next, the buyer gets an overview of the entered data, where he can also correct the entered data if everything fits. After that, the buyer is forwarded to the order
completion page, where all possible payment methods are introduced. Finally, the buyer completes the order and receives an invoice to pay for the goods. The buyer pays for the goods in the internet bank and sends a copy of the document certifying the payment to the e-
mail address tellimused.kommid@gmail.com. After receiving the payment confirmation, the order is placed in the mail or sent by courier to the buyer;s address within three working days.
To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery.
This agreement enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the sellers current account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid will be returned (including the costs of delivering the goods if they are reflected on the sales invoice) no later than within 10 days the e-store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract and demand the return of the goods from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.
Rights and responsibilities of Kihelkonnakaubandus OÜ
1. Provide services in accordance with legislation, service rules and service descriptions.
2. Change the terms of service, service conditions and price lists by publishing the
information on the website.
3. The seller is released from responsibility if the shipment or its part is damaged or lost after
the package has been handed over to the courier.
4. The seller is not responsible for the order if;
4.1 The buyer has provided an incorrect or non-existent address
4.2 The buyer has provided an incorrect phone number
4.3 The buyer no longer lives at the address he indicated as the shipment address.
4.4 The buyers phone number has changed.
Transport of the order to the buyer
The goods are delivered via Omniva or DPD and the buyer chooses his address when completing the purchase, through which the order will be delivered to the parcel machine closest to his address. When choosing the Omniva ELS courier or DPD courier service, the order will be delivered to theaddress indicated in the shopping cart as the address of the orderer. Delivery is only within the Republic of Estonia. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed when selecting the shipping method. The order will be sent within three working days at the latest.
Consumers right of withdrawal
According to the Law of Obligations Act, a 14-day right of return applies to products purchased from the e-shop. Only products in undamaged or undamaged packaging that have been stored under the storage conditions indicated on the packaging can be returned. Products in open packages cannot be returned.
The right to submit claims
In the event that the e-store violates its obligations, the buyer has the right to use the legal remedies provided for in the Law of Obligations Act, including the right to require the e-shop to fulfill its obligations, refuse to fulfill its financial obligations, demand compensation for damages or withdraw from the contract. The buyer can submit his claim by e-mail by e-mail to the address tellimused.kommid@gmail.com. In the claim, the buyer's name and contact details, the date of the claim submission, the defect or deviations of the goods, the content of the claim, and a document proving the purchase and, if necessary, photos describing the
problem must be attached. The e-shop responds to the consumer's claim in writing within 15 days of receiving a claim. If the goods purchased from the e-shop have defects for which the seller is responsible, the e-shop will replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be replaced, the e-shop will return to the buyer all costs related to the sales contract.
The seller is not responsible for damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect data provided by the buyer during the execution of the order, including a delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the seller's control. for damages caused by improper use of the goods.
Direct sales and processing of personal data
Customer data entered during the process of ordering and making a purchase from the e-shop are treated as confidential information. The e-shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The e-shop transmits personal data to companies providing transport services to deliver the goods to the buyer. The seller does not disclose the customers personal data to third parties without the customer's permission. The e-shop sends the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer's e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed
a desire to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications. it is possible to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying the seller via e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-
mail containing the offers.
Settlement of disputes

the Consumer Protection Board or directly to the court.
